If the fountain is not working, please follow these steps: (1) Completely submerge the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running. (2) Check the bottom filter for blockages (leaves, etc.), and clear them if necessary.

If the fountain stream does not reach 36 inches: a) Long press the light button to turn on the device. b) Press the fountain button once to enter Maximum Spray mode, where the fountain will spray at maximum height. Please note that it may take some time to reach maximum height as the system needs to be activated. c) If there is no water spray or the water spray is not high, we recommend completely submerging the fountain in water for five seconds with the fountain running.

If the battery only lasts about two hours with a full charge: The fountain has a convenient automatic shut-off system that activates after two hours of use. Simply turn it on again to continue using it.

Warm reminder: A little noise from the fountain during normal operation is normal.

Maximum Spray Mode: Our floating pool fountain can spray water up to 3 feet high. There is a fountain mode button to switch the water spray mode.

Random Spray Mode: Automatically switches the height of the spray to create a perfect ripple effect on the water's surface.
